For qualified accounts, payment terms are 2% 10, Net 30 Days. Payment
is expected within 30 days from that date of invoice. If payment is not received within this time
period, the account is considered past due. Payments sent within 10 days from that invoice are entitled a 2% discount. Discounts taken beyond 10 days are not authorized. If an unauthorized 2% discount is taken past 10
days, payment received will be applied and the customers statement will reflect a past due balance of the remaining amount. The 2% prompt pay discount does not apply to payments made by credit card. SELECTRO

A flat $15 shipping charge
applies to orders less than $200. For orders $200 or more, shipping is FREE to customers in the United States
(except Alaska & Hawaii). We do not ship to any locations outside the continental United States. Again, Selectro does
not ship to customers that are past due.
We stand behind the products we sell. If a product is damaged,
defective, or no longer needed customer may return product in the original packaging within 60 days of invoice. No
returns will be accepted after 60 days. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return. If the product returned
is not in the original packaging or not a Selectro product, it will be returned to the customer. If the product is determined
to be defective, customer is entitled to replacement free of charge. Selectro will not cover the cost of shipping the returned
